1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Homework Helper website and services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services Offered
Homework Helper provides hand-written homework and assignment assistance for students across Nepal. Our services include writing assignments, completing homework, and delivering finished work to your specified address. We cover subjects including but not limited to Mathematics, Science, English, Nepali, Social Studies, Computer Science, and Accountancy.
3. Order Process
Orders are placed through our website by providing homework details, personal information, delivery address, and payment. Once an order is confirmed and payment is received, our team begins working on your assignment. You will receive a unique order ID to track your order status in real-time.
4. Pricing and Payment
Our pricing is based on page tiers (e.g., 1-5 pages, 6-10 pages, etc.) with separate rates for normal and emergency orders. Emergency orders are priced at double the normal rate. Delivery charges apply based on your location: Rs. 100 for inside Kathmandu Valley and Rs. 200 for outside. Payment must be made in advance via eSewa, Khalti, or Mobile Banking. Promotional discounts may be applied where valid promo codes are available.
5. Delivery
Normal orders are delivered within 3-5 business days. Emergency orders are completed within 24-48 hours. Delivery timelines begin once payment is confirmed. While we strive to meet all deadlines, occasional delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you promptly in such cases.
6. Quality and Revisions
All work is hand-written by our team of experienced writers. We guarantee neat, accurate, and well-structured assignments. If you are not satisfied with the quality of work delivered, you may request a revision within 48 hours of delivery. Minor corrections are provided free of charge.
7. Refund Policy
Refunds may be issued in the following cases: if we are unable to complete your order, if there is a significant quality issue that cannot be resolved through revision, or if payment was made but the order was not processed. Refund requests must be submitted within 72 hours of the delivery date. Delivery charges are non-refundable.
8. Academic Integrity
Homework Helper provides assistance and reference material for students. We encourage students to use our work as a learning aid and reference. The responsibility for how the completed work is used lies solely with the student. We are not liable for any academic consequences arising from the use of our services.
9. Privacy of Information
We collect personal information solely for the purpose of processing and delivering your orders. We do not share, sell, or distribute your personal data to third parties. For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
10. Limitation of Liability
Homework Helper shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
